An excellent opportunity. A new housing development being planned for Center City Philadelphia. The marketing agent, The Delta Alliance, came to Cap Web Solutions through the referral from another web customer. Always the best kind of clients.
The web project coordinator had lots of ideas for the design and we were able to produce a minimalist view of the real estate development project showcasing the property, the surrounding area, and the floor plans of the units. Not a lot of bells and whistles but some clever menus and headers, along with an assortment of mapped images permitting the visitor to highlight areas for more detailed views. Round that out with a contact form to permit the agent to easily schedule interested parties.
The web project completed successfully.
The real estate project? Well, that got shelved for the time being. Maybe someday it will go live.
