Mark, the owner, was a referral from a friend. Not a previous customer, but a personal friend of mine. One I wanted to keep. This site HAD to turn out good. With that in mind Mark and I set down to put together a brochure/ecommerce site that would enable him to take his startup business from a word-of-mouth, local market to the entire US.
We worked a long time on the site and decided to start with a few custom engraving items to see how the customer experience would develop for this highly customized product.
The result was a variation of the Jessica ecommerce Genesis child theme from Web Savvy Marketing. Tightly integrated with WooCommerce, this theme offered many opportunities for personal customization to make the store unique to H&M Laser.
