Modification, Testing & Launch
Cap Web Solutions tests the website in a variety of browsers, including Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer 10. Testing includes reviewing the responsive design on iPhone and Android devices. The complete functionality of the site is tested to ensure there are no errors or broken links and then it is handed over to you for review on a test server.
As the client, you will have at least two feedback rounds for minor revisions and tweaks to the site. Once the feedback has been incorporated, your site will be ready for launch. Cap Web Solutions will make the WordPress theme live on your web host and point your domain over to the new site. Launch time!
Timeframe Guidelines
Completing the work involved in the 4 steps above will require, on average, approximately 8 to 12 weeks from contract signing to launch. As the client, your feedback is critical to the success of the development project. Each step of the development process requires feedback on the work we deliver. Timely turn-around helps greatly to keep the project on schedule.

You’re Mileage May Vary
Your website may be a very specific brochure-type site with a minimal number of pages, in which case this schedule could be compressed to less than 6 weeks. Or, you could have a large ecommerce store which complex product combinations, pricing mechanisms and ordering requirements. In this case the 12 weeks would be considered optimistic.
