The Basic tier of our care plan is ideal for static websites that need to stay safe and up-to-date. Each month we run all update processes to bring your website up to the current version of WordPress core, all installed themes and plugins.
This care plan does not include our WPcare Managed Hosting, any professional service, or consulting time, outside of the effort required to keep everything running smoothly, but you do have access to WordPress specialists for the occasional ask. Think of it as on-demand support – as you need it and only when you need it.
On-demand support requests can be submitted through the Cap Web Solutions Help Desk. Each request is responded to with an estimate of the time required to address the request. Once the estimate is accepted, work is begun on the request.
Hours expended on support requests are invoiced monthly at a discount off our standard hourly rate.
At any time you may upgrade to a higher tier plan if you need additional time each month.
