Design
Once Cap Web Solutions has the approved scope of work from the discovery phase, we set to work mocking up exactly how all the pages will look on desktop computers, tablets and smart phones. This will entail blocking out all of the components of the site – page layout, navigation, visitor engagement, colors, typography, and structure to put the site plan in place. Once the plan is set, actual development on the site begins. These mock-ups are pictures of your future website. The Design Phase time allocation is broken out as 2/3 design and 1/3 design revisions.
All of your content should be ready by this stage of the project. The content will help define design and make it faster to load the initial content on the development server so content doesn’t hold back the launch. If you won’t be able to provide professionally written content by this stage, optionally a copywriter can create the content for you.
